Stephen Keller at 105 Jackie Ann Street, has filed a petition for a Home-Based Business License to run the business of Exodus Arms, LLC out of their home.  This request will be addressed at the Town of Ault Planning Commission Meeting held on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 at 6pm. in the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers for recommendation to the Ault Town Board of Trustees.  Subsequent consideration will be done by the Ault Town Board of Trustees on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 at 7pm in the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers. 

A parcel of land situated in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:

 Lot 1, Block 2 of the Graefe’s Subdivision 7th Addition, in Section 11, Township 7 West, Range 66 North, in the Town of Ault, County of Weld, State of Colorado otherwise known as 105 Jackie Ann Street.
